Q: How much for you to design something for me?
A.I have no set prices as such, prices are dependant on the work itself, please be specific when emailing over any enquiries. The more information you supply the easier it will be to send back a rough quote.
Q. I want one of your designs as a tattoo, can I pay you to use the design?
A. If you want to use one of my designs as a tattoo, please get in contact with me to let me know. I don’t necessarily charge for the use, but a small donation would be appreciated. I also love a tag in a photo when you get it done!
Q: How long for you to complete a piece of work?
A. This is completely dependent on what it is you require. Timeframes can vary depending on overall design complexity and time taken to complete. Wait times can be extended at times depending on what work I have on at the time of enquiry.
Q. How long will I have to wait for my order?
A. Please note that all orders will be sent out within 2-7 business days. If you live outside of the US please allow up to 10-20 business days for your delivery, within the US please allow 3-8 business days. Mailing systems can be unpredictable but if you have any concerns about your order just send an email to email@example.com. At this time we cannot offer next day or express shipping. All orders will be recorded. Please allow for up to 6 weeks for prints.
Q. Where can I find sizing for apparel items?
Q. I want to get a refund.
A. Refunds are only offered for misprinted/damaged/defective items, all claims for this must be submitted within 2 weeks of arrival of your item and I will organise a refund with you directly, please allow time for this to occur.
